Jennifer Panepinto, LLC is a full service graphic and product design studio dedicated to helping clients and partners develop refined, functional designs around their product or brand. The firm’s experience with product design and corporate identity enables it to offer more than most design studios by creating an entirely consistent visual language for client materials and objects.

The company is headed by Jennifer Panepinto. Prior to starting Jennifer Panepinto, LLC, Jennifer was a Founding Partner and Creative Director at Studio Panepinto, LLC which incubated her first product—Mesü Portion Control bowls—from concept to execution.

Mesü began as Jennifer’s thesis project while studying for her Masters in Design at the School of Visual Arts. Although the project only called for the product to be conceptualized and designed—with a promise from her thesis professor to purchase her first 100 sets if she got them produced—Jen set out to find a factory to manufacture her design. Within months of founding Studio Panepinto, Jennifer was not only successful in securing a manufacturer for Mesü, but additionally partnered with two marketing and sales professionals who helped her bring Mesü to market.

Mesü has garnered enormous press including features in publications such as ID, Step, How, Real Simple, Women’s Health, and Self to name a few. Additionally, Mesü has been featured on television segments including HGTV’s I Want That!, NBC’s Extra: What’s Hot, what’s new? And The Today Show with Katie Couric. Mesü successfully sold through retail channels such as QVC and Target.com and was also selected by the design committee to be featured in the collection in the Museum of Modern Art’s Design Store. Mesü won Best Design in the Tabletop category from The International Housewares Association in 2005 as well as the award for Best Information Design from The American Institute of Graphic Arts in 2004. Jennifer was recently featured on MSNBC’s The Big Idea, with Donny Deutsch to discuss her success as an entrepreneur.

In addition to successfully launching Mesü, Jennifer has also worked as Senior Designer for Toys “R” Us, Inc., where she was instrumental in the re-branding initiative of the company’s identity and served as Associate Designer for Becton Dickinson & Company in the marketing communications group. Prior to BD, Jennifer developed an appreciation for great design while working as Design Production Assistant for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

Jennifer was a featured speaker at the How Design Conference in Chicago in 2005. She received her MFA in Design from The School of Visual Arts in 2003 and a BFA in Photography from Pratt Institute in 1998.
